Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Storedeko, operated by Openplanet Technologies Ltd, registered in Nigeria with the Corporate Affairs Commission under RC 1652204. By creating an account you agree to them.

Last updated 8 August 2026.

What Storedeko does

Storedeko helps a business manage conversations with its customers, produce quotations and invoices, take payments and track orders. You sell to your customers; we provide the tools. The commercial relationship in every sale is between you and your customer, and Storedeko is not a party to it.

The pilot

Storedeko is currently in a pilot and is free to use. We may introduce paid plans in future; if we do, we will tell you before charging you anything, and you will be able to decline and export your data.

Being a pilot means features change, and some are incomplete. We describe on our website what works today and try not to promise what does not yet exist.

Your account

  • Give accurate business details, and keep your password to yourself.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • One business per account during the pilot.

Money

Payments are processed by Paystack and settle to your own bank account. Storedeko does not hold your money at any point and takes no commission during the pilot. Paystack's own fees apply and are deducted by them.

A payment is only ever marked as received when Paystack cryptographically confirms it. If a customer disputes a payment or requests a refund, that is between you, your customer and Paystack under Paystack's terms.

Your customers' data

You are responsible for how your business treats your customers and their data. We handle it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not use Storedeko to send messages people have not agreed to receive — WhatsApp's own rules apply, and breaking them can get your number blocked by Meta, which we cannot reverse.

What you may not do

  • Use Storedeko for anything unlawful, or to sell anything you may not lawfully sell.
  • Attempt to access another merchant's data.
  • Interfere with the service, or attempt to circumvent its security.

Availability, and the limits of what we promise

We work to keep Storedeko running and to protect your data, including regular backups. But the service is provided as is: we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost sales arising from downtime, a delayed message, or an error in the service.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.

Ending it

You may stop using Storedeko and delete your account at any time — see Deleting your data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.

Your invoices and business records remain yours. Ask and we will export them for you before anything is deleted.

Changes

If these terms change we will update the date above and tell merchants directly where the change is material.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
